Tepat tanggal 25 November seluruh lembaga instansi pendidikan merayakan hari ulang tahun guru, Sebagaiamana yang telah di ketahui semua bahwa pada tanggal 25 November adalah Hari Guru Nasional dan HUT PGRI, ini telah tercetus sejak tahun 1994 lalu dengan tertulisnya keputusan presiden, yaitu Kepres No. 78 Tahun 1994 dan juga ditulis di UU No. 14 tahun 2005 tentang guru dan dosen yang menetapkan tanggal 25 November merupakan hari guru nasional yang diperingati bersamaan dengan ulang tahun PGRI.
Ada pemandangan yang tak biasa di SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 2 Jakarta, selain melaksanakan upacara memperingati hari guru nasional dan HUT PGRI ke 72, seleps usai kegiatan upacara di isi dengan pemberian apresiasi dan anugrah kepada guru-guru dengan kategori guru terbaik, guru tercantik, guru tertampan, guru terlama mengabdi dan prosesi sungkem. Suasana semakin meriah dan haru di saat pembawa acara menyebutkan pemenag nominasi guru-guru terbaik, sorak sorai dari para siswa menambah rasa bangga dan haru bagi guru-guru, “ya.. ini merupakan bentuk apresiasi kami kepada guru-guru kami yang telah mendidik kami, yang ikhlas, tekun dalam memberikan ilmunya kepada kami, saya berharap para guru-guru akan semakin ikhlas, semakin sabar mendidik kami” tutur dari OPDIS panitia kegiatan acara.
Di penutup acara kepala sekolah SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 2 Jakarta, Saman SE. Memotong kue ulang tahun dengan lilin angka 72 yang berarti 72 tahun ulang tahun guru. “Kami segenap guru-guru SMK Dinamika Pembagunan 2 Jakarta mengucapkan banyak terimakasih kepada para siswa-siswi yang telah membuat acara ini, mulai dari awal hingga akhir seperti sekarang ini. Insyallah ilmu yang kalian dapatkan akan semakin berkah dan bermanfaat karena kalian sudah menghormati guru, seperti yang kita ketahui bahwa ada 3 orang tua yang harus kalian hormati diantaranya adalah Guru. Sekali lagi kami sangat mengapresiasi hasil kerja keras kalian, ide-ide acara ini.”
